Export your listening hours (CSV)
Download your listening sessions as a spreadsheet, for example to log your hours in Dreaming Spanish or another tracker.
PolyPod can export your listening history as a CSV file you can open in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets. It’s handy if you log your comprehensible input hours somewhere else too, like the Dreaming Spanish progress tracker.
Export your history
- Open your profile, then Settings
- Tap Export data
- Pick the date range you want
- Tap Export CSV and choose where to save or send the file
What’s in the file
Each row is one listening session:

Durations are real time spent listening, so 10 minutes of audio at 2× counts as 5 minutes. See how listening time is tracked.
