Background playback issues
Fix playback stopping when the screen locks or you switch apps.
If playback stops in the background, try these:
- Settings → General → Background App Refresh → On
- Low Power Mode off
- Reboot your iPhone after enabling the above
If it keeps happening, email support@polypod.app with device + OS version.
