Managing your library with filters and sorting

Find episodes faster with filters, sort preferences, and quick navigation in your podcast library.

Your Library shows all podcasts you’ve tagged with your current language. Use filters and sorting to find exactly what you want to listen to next.

  1. Language filtering Tap the flag in the header to switch languages — your Library instantly filters to show only podcasts tagged with that language.

  2. Pull to refresh Swipe down to refresh your library and sync the latest episodes.

When you open a podcast, use the filter bar to narrow down episodes:

  • All — Every episode (default view)
  • Unplayed — Episodes you haven’t started yet
  • In Progress — Episodes you’ve partially played
  • Completed — Episodes you’ve finished (≥95% complete or manually marked)
  • Downloaded — Episodes saved for offline listening (Premium)

Control episode order with two sorting modes:

  • Newest First — Latest episodes appear at the top (default for most podcasts)
  • Oldest First — Start from the beginning (great for narrative shows or learning series)

Your sort preference is saved per podcast, so you can have different sorting for different shows.

Partially played episodes show “X min left” instead of full duration — tap to pick up exactly where you left off.

Look for visual indicators:

  • Progress bar — Shows how far you’ve made it through an episode
  • Checkmark — Episode is completed
  • Download badge — Episode is saved offline (Premium)

Long-press any episode (or tap ⋯) to:

  • Play Now / Play Next / Play Later
  • Mark as Complete
  • Download / Remove Download (Premium)
  1. Tag intentionally: Only tag podcasts you actively want to track in a language
  2. Use filters: “Unplayed” shows what’s fresh, “In Progress” helps you finish what you started
  3. Archive completed content: Use “Completed” filter to review what you’ve finished
  4. Offline prep: “Downloaded” filter (Premium) shows what’s ready for airplane mode
