If playback stops in the background, try these:
- Settings → General → Background App Refresh → On
- Low Power Mode off
- Reboot your iPhone after enabling the above
Android
Section titled “Android”- Settings → Apps → PolyPod → Battery → Allow background activity
- Disable battery saver / adaptive battery for PolyPod
- Lock screen controls: ensure system media controls are enabled
