Quick fixes for when playback won’t start or stalls.

If an episode won’t play, these steps usually sort it.

  1. Connection Open a web page or another app to confirm internet. If you’re offline, play a downloaded episode instead.

  2. Restart the episode Stop and start the same episode. Small hiccups clear fast.

  3. Reopen PolyPod Fully close the app and reopen.

  1. Update PolyPod Install any available update from the App Store / Play Store.

  2. Restart your device This clears deeper system conflicts with other audio apps.

  3. iOS: Background App Refresh Settings → General → Background App Refresh → On for PolyPod.

  4. Android: Battery/Background restrictions Settings → Apps → PolyPod → Battery → Allow background activity.
